Abstract

Article is devoted to the study and analysis of tender purchases as a modern method of obtaining government contracts.The author presents the definition of the tender, and his views on the mechanism of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article analyzes the strengths and weaknesses as a competitive tender procedure obligations.
