Abstract

This article focuses on the legal status of the subjects of collateral relationship. Pledge now occupies a special place among the ways to enforce civil liabilities. Pledge as a way to enforce civil liabilities, traditionally used in countries with market economies. Pawn is one of the most important factors in the stabilization of civil turnover. Is a reliable guarantor of the rights and legitimate interests of creditors.
