Society of universal labor theory of social regulation of legal relations (historical aspect).

Abstract

In this article theoretical problems of regulation of socially labor relations are considered. Material basis of any society is work. According to the Labour code of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is necessary to understand as work: work is an activity of the person which is directed on creation of the cultural, material and other wealth necessary for life and satisfaction of needs of the person and society. This fact generates a number of consequences labor, social and civil – legal character.
