Abstract

The author of this article on the basis of the comprehensive analisis of the following categories: privacy, the family secret (skeleton), a personal secret and private life studies the peculiarities of the criminal-legal protection.Alongside with that, the author has attempted to give a definition to the concept of privacy by analizing the norms of the acting legislation and opinions stated by the scientists on this issue.
