Theoretical issues of judges legal culture development.

Abstract

Article views theoretical issues of legal culture improvement in the courts of Kazakhstan. It is emphasized that image of a judge in democratic and legal state shall be at a high level. Developmentofhumanisticsources in judicial activity is currently very actual. Both ethnic and legal standards are equally important for judges. Conclusion of necessity of ideas and biys courts principles perception in contemporary judicial system of Kazakhstan has been made. Examples from contemporary practice of judicial system of Kazakhstan have been provided.
