Abstract

The article deals with topical issues of statehood of Kazakhstan. Conducted a scientific analysis of the views of leading scientists concerning the presidential form of government. Given the scientific analysis of the features of the legal system of Kazakhstan. Conclusion about the necessity of perception in the legal system of Kazakhstan legal values of the Kazakh people.
