International and National-Legislative Aspects of Adoption.

Abstract

This article considers an Adoption institute establishment from old times to nowadays. Accordingly features were described in order to every famous world tradition. The article is concerned to describe national and international adoption aspects in general. These aspects are shown in comparison mode. Viewable society tendencies regarding the adoption institute are performed in Juvenile Justice, considered in the article as well. A research touches a Semi-sex couple adoption in different countries, a reaction of World Society and an appropriate legislative system transformation. Problems like second orphan hood, violence and blatant attitude with children are described detailed in this article. Through all topics revealed in this work international adoption norms are going researched. Need to note, that the adoption is a part of the human history during millenniums and still being actual which is proven by permanent changes in this law institute structure.
