Abstract

Kazakhstan and Poland belong to the Roman-Germanic legal system. The article provides a rather-legal analysis of the constitution a provisions enshrining the principles of judicial system and the basis for state regulation of the economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Poland. The constitutional principles of the organization and activities of the courts has been considered in regard to the foundations of the judicial system. Issues of state regulation of the economy has been covered in the context of the constitutional foundations of antimonopoly policy in the countries. The authors give an assessment of the potential for use the experience of Poland for the further improvement of legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
