Criminally-legal characteristic of modern types and forms of terrorism and extremism.

Abstract

The article discusses the legal issues and ways of dealing with the interpretation of penal characteristics of terrorism and extremism in Kazakhstan. There are strategic analysis of skill types and forms of terrorism and extremism in Kazakhstan. We study the problem of determining the degree of danger of different types and forms of terrorism and extremism in Kazakhstan. There provides recommendations for further improvement of the criminal law in the fight against terrorism and extremism in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
