The legal solution of questions of ecological safety in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

In article questions of ecological safety and legal ways of their decision are considered. In the analysis of an ecological situation the author emphasizes that in the Kazakhstan legislation on environmental issues mechanisms of economic incentives, for example, processings of waste and their reduction are put. The author emphasizes that the existing standard and legal base in the field of environmental protection allows to regulate a number of provisions of the Basel convention. However, for the last years, despite numerous worst violations of the ecological legislation, any of the guilty it isn’t brought to trial. Therefore, it is necessary to make amendments to the legislation, strengthening responsibility for ecological crimes as criminal norms operating today for ecological violations are ineffective.
