Abstract

This article is considered the bases of emergence and feature of responsibility for violation of the contract of financing under a concession of the monetary requirement in the Republic of Kazakhstan The special attention is paid to questions of invalidity of a ban of transfer of a concession of the requirement for a consent of the client and the debtor as features of legal regulation of the relations between the parties of the contract of financing under a concession of the monetary requirement. Distinctions of a cedation of the requirement and the contract under a concession of the monetary requirement are opened.
