Abstract

The financial policy is a set of governmental activities on use of the financial relations for performance by the state of the functions. It includes: development of the general concept, main directions, definition of the purposes and main tasks; creation of the adequate financial mechanism; financial management of the state and its subjects. Allocate three main types of financial policy: the classical; the regulating; the planned and directive.
