Abstract

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of the legal regime of property corporations. Today, corporation is one of the most common legal forms of legal entity. At the present stage of development of Kazakhstan’s economy businesses are the main form of non-state legal entities, one of the most common legal forms which are corporation. This article will address questions about the definition of the structure and composition of corporation on the current legislation of Kazakhstan.
