Abstract

The article considers the theoretical and legal aspects of interethnic relations in Republic of Kazakhstan. Analysis of the situation in this field has allowed to establish the constitutional and legal basis of the model of civil peace and social consent of Kazakhstan society. The key role of Assembly of People of Kazakhstan as an institution of social consent and national unity is revealed.
