Abstract

In article theoretical questions of equality from all directions were considered, concepts and types of inequality were given. And also types of equality, equality are described and the inequality analysis in the formal description which was investigated in a comparative look is made. The inequality purposes were opened when using standardly legal acts and ways of their decisions are revealed. The role of the public relations is described at an illegal equivalence.
