Theoretical bases of management regimes.

Abstract

This article discusses the theoretical basis, study the legal and administrative regimes in management. Analysis of the terms “regime” and “management” shows the significance and importance of the range of measures taken in the administrative activities. The essence of management regimes lies in the nature of management and must comply with social and legal principles in making decisions. Study of the nature and concepts of management regimes may further contribute to the improvement of administrative rules.
