Abstract

The article of holds the analysis of the sources of constitutional law of Kazakhstan, its elements, the place and role of sources of constitutional law in the system of national legislation. The characteristic types of sources of constitutional law, identifies trends in their development, the issues of the essence, content. Study their. relationship and hierarchy, and therefore conducted an objective assessment of the quality of relationships and laws and regulations.
