Typology programs of legal culture.

Abstract

This article analyzes the legal culture of the modern Kazakh society. The purpose of this work is studying the typology problems of legal culture. The article describes the essence of the concept of legal culture, the basic approaches to understanding the legal culture. The author’s particular attention is given to the value aspects of the legal culture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the process of building a democratic state and civil society formation. Scientific work is based on a review of scientific research of domestic and foreign authors on the nature of the legal culture, its importance in the formation of civil society and the law state in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
