The place and role of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the system of executive branch of the government of the country.

Abstract

This article includes analysis of theoretical approaches on the place of the President in common system of governmental power. The role of the President in improving organization and activity of executive authority has been identified in terms of the analysis of Constitutional powers of the President. The credentials delegated to the President by the Constitution Law «On the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan» have been analyzed. Discourse of basic aims and directions of the annual President’s Addresses to the people of Kazakhstan has been presented.
