Enforcement proceedings in the Republic of Kazakhstan: the legal status of the private bailiff.

Abstract

This article discusses the problematic issues introducing the institution of private bailiffs . The author traces the gradual change in the law on execution of judicial acts. Based on a brief analysis of the current legislation proposed change in payment rates for private bailiffs . Justified and made a proposal for presentation including moral and ethical requirements for the nature of private bailiffs . The author supports the idea of empowering private bailiffs functions ona preliminary investigation of cases involving the failure of judicial acts.
