Ecological security of Kazakhstan: some legal basis duties of subjects of subsoil

Abstract

In this article the author examines the issues resulting from the implementation of the constitutional functions of the ecological state. Which becomes increasingly important due to the need to ensure the economic interests of the state and the collision with the environmental and «technocratic» consciousness subjects of legal relations.
