Abstract

The article is devoted to establishing of administrative procedural form сontent. Theoretical provisions, informed in the result of the analysis are the basis of allocation of the procedural forms of intellectual property right protection. There proved the existence in the doctrine of law scientific approaches on substantiation of the content of the procedural law. The concept of «procedural norm», «administrative-procedural form» are formulated.
