Abstract

This article discusses the stages in the development of constitutional legislation in the pre-Soviet Kazakhstan (1900- 1917) And Soviet (1917 - until the end of 80 years) periods. The peculiarities of each period , is an analysis of relevant constitutional and legal acts. In conclusion, was made the inference about the meaning and role of the constitutional legislation of pre-Soviet and Soviet periods , which summarized the experience in legal consolidation of state-legal development of the country , became the basis for the formation and establishment of constitutional law of sovereign, independent Kazakhstan.
