Features of legal status of judges are in the system of government service of Republic of Kazakhstan.

Abstract

In this article questions of activity of judges to the Republic of Kazakhstan are considered. Questions reference of judicial activity to one of kinds of public service are considered. It is represented that judges on the status can’t differ from civil servants, as from the point of view of their legal status (the rights, duties, responsibility, the volume of powers, a receipt order on service, the termination of the office relations, etc.) are in fact the contents equal, behind some exceptions caused by that for judges there are special laws and regulations which define specifics of their legal status and competence.
