Abstract

The article analyzes the problem of developing a general theory of law in the context of universal values. Justified: modern legal science that are in need of doctrinal general theoretical approaches to the analysis of changes in the economic, political, social and cultural spheres , occurring in modern society . She, in turn , require an adequate and timely legal regulation , which aims to develop legislation that consistent implementation of the rule of law , improving legal awareness and legal culture of citizens.
