Current state of the currency right in the republic of kazakhstan

Abstract

In article some questions of the currency right after adoption of law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On currency regulation and currency control” connected with functioning of the Customs union and standardization of the currency legislation are considered. Integration processes within the Customs union and formation of the Euroasian union influence transformation of the currency right of member countries of integration.
