Abstract

In this paper, the authors proposed as part of the "Strategy" Kazakhstan-2050 "to develop a long-term project
of the state program of Kazakhstan to ensure the transition to a" green "economy and provide legal support
for its implementation. The statement of this goal due to the relevance and topicality of the problem of the
world community and Kazakhstan as well. Theme of building a "green" economy today is very relevant in
the world. Future of Kazakhstan due to the unity, balance all aspects of society. Kazakhstan - the country
achieve sustainable economic growth, prosperity, health, and nurturing environment for all its citizens.
