Counteractions to investigation criminal offenses and motive of his commission

Abstract

This article presents the concept of counteraction during pre-trial investigation. Conflict and conflict situation are the part of counteraction, where the subjects of counteraction enter into that. The subjects of counteraction are a crime investigator and other interested person. This article various motives are considered.The establishment of motive is very important for the correct select of behavior of the person.
