Criminal legal status of foreign citizensand persons with no in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

The article discusses issues characterizing the criminal-legal status of foreign citizens and stateless persons. Based on the analysis of domestic and international law, it is concluded that in the norms of the Criminal Code of Kazakhstan is not fully implemented the provisions of international legal acts regulating the rights of foreign citizens and stateless persons.
