Abstract

The article analyzes the legislation that regulates public relations in the sphere of private detective activities, defines the legal basis, principles, tasks of private detective activities and its implementation, as well as the legal status of private detectives. The law provides that the private detective the opportunity to carry out private detective work in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of customers of private detective services, in regulating the procedure of its implementation and establishing the restrictions
