Some aspects of the legal regulation of collection agencies activity in Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article aims to analyze some legal regulation aspects of debt collection agencies in Kazakhstan on the basis of modern current legislation in comparison with the draft law of Kazakhstan about debt collection activity. Particular attention is paid to the conceptual apparatus, the subject of debt collectors and perspectives of state regulation of debt collection activity.
