M. Dulatov’s politiko-legal and civil sights

Abstract

In article the basic stages of political activity of M. Dulatov are considered. Values, a place and a role of politiko-legal sights of the visible public figure and the publicist in the history of the Kazakh legal thought are defined. The estimation of activity of M. Dulatov as leader of Alash national-liberation movement and founder of the party «Alash» is given. Also analyzed M. Dulatov’s judgements regarding disputes about land, widows and orphans, of criminal punishments, in which realized its interpretation of the principles of justice, humanity
M. Dulatov’s ideas about integrity and unity of the Kazakh people, about social justice observance in new formed legal proceedings of the Soviet power are characterised.
In work it is noticed that M. Dulatov’s all life was is devoted struggle for the sake of the blessing of the Kazakh people, for independence and formation of the Kazakh democratic state.
