Issues of development of the banking legislation in the Republic of Kazakhstan

Abstract

This article about the banking legislations of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Relevance – In the Republic of Kazakhstan the National Bank of Kazakhstan and another participants of financial-credit relations take important role in attraction foreign capital in order to develop the main sectors of economy, assist in development of country’s financial market, also assist in development and strengthens of international financial-credit relations. The article pointed out that the international banking and international economic processes have a great impact on the banking relationship and the banking legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The factors affecting the development of banking relationships and banking legislation of Kazakhstan.
