Methodological pluralism as the basis of the scientific knowledge of the essence of state and law
AbstractActualized the problem of methodological pluralism knowledge of general legal theory of his subject: the multiplicity of approaches to scientific development of the law is due to the complexity of the subject matter, the level of development of the theory of knowledge and certainty of methodological principles. In jurisprudence methodological pluralism emerged in connection with the formation of several scientific schools and relevant research areas, using different combinations of techniques, methods and means of scientific knowledge of the state and law.Key words: law, science, method, methodology, logic, thinking, category, truth.
